Grasshopper. Ornaments of grasshoppers became common during the times of the Cossacks. Horses were embroidered most often on men's clothes. For the collection, we took a grasshopper ornament from men's clothing of the 18th century in the village of Hyryne, Glukhivsky district.Birds Ornaments of birds were most often embroidered on towels, especially wedding towels. Each bird had a special meaning.
