Exchange and return

The byMe online clothing store is ready to refund or exchange goods under the following conditions. According to the Law of Ukraine "Consumer Protection" You can request an exchange or return of the purchased goods within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.

In order to use this service, please make sure that the goods are in the form in which they came to you, especially:

• It has not been used, there are no traces of using;
• The original appearance is preserved, namely all tags and markings;
• The product is fully equipped.

If a new product is sent, the buyer will pay the shipping costs; if the seller paid for the delivery, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

In case of any defects, the seller, namely the online store of the Ukrainian brand byMe, pays for the shipping in both directions.
